Important Notice for International Buyers & OEM Partners
By proceeding with any purchase order, prototype development, or manufacturing agreement, you acknowledge that all transactions are strictly Business-to-Business (B2B). Standard consumer protection laws do not apply to these commercial contracts.
- All intellectual property provided by the buyer must be legally owned or licensed.
- Nanjing Mfg. holds no liability for IP infringement claims arising from buyer-supplied designs.
- Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the agreed international arbitration body.
